I'll back up and start with last Friday and over the next few days I will post what we did all week. Last Friday we made a trip down to Mama Judy's house where the twins got to show off their cuteness and Mama Judy got to spoil the twins. They each received a bag of "goodies" that included caterpillars, crayons, coloring books, toy school buses and puzzles! We got to catch up with Mama Judy since she has had a bad case of the shingles (thankfully she is feeling much better now!) and we played outside.
They loved this bench-they jumped off of it, ran up to it and generally entertained themselves with it for at least 30 minutes. It amazes me how something so simple can provide such amazing entertainment for kids.
After playtime we headed inside for lunch. Mama Judy is funny because although we had not wanted her to cook her delicious "home-cooked" meal, she did it anyway. She fed us sandwiches, yogurt and fruit and then sent us home with yummy chicken and pastry (my favorite) and an entire key lime pie (richard's favorite - and mine too...see a theme?). Anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and are looking forward to the next one! Thank you Mama Judy!
