The twins had a big day today. We travelled for the second time out of the great state of Georiga to Fort Mill, SC to Aunt Beth's house to see Aunt Lynda and Granny. The twins wooed all of the Masten women (but we knew they would). Most importantly, Granny had a great time. She looked so happy and I was thrilled to be able to make the trip. Granny really, really wanted to hold them both at the same time and she did a great job...this is a feat I rarely try to do. Granny is below. Aunt beth snuggled with Woodson and Mercer Anne but was only captured on camera with Woodson. Aunt Lynda let me photograph her for my personal pictures, so to honor her wishes she isn't pictured here. But just so she knows I think she looks beautiful in the pictures!
The twins did a great job on the ride up (they slept the whole time). The ride back was a different story. Woodson did a poop up the back and when I got pulled over and went into the McD's I left the bag with extra clothes in the car. So I had to put Woodson's poopy clothes back on him- gross. Oh well, at least I got him all cleaned up once we got back in the car. Just slightly frustrating and if that was the worst thing that happened...I am happy!
Thanks for a great day Masten women!
