Monday our house went on the market. Tuesday was the first day they wanted to show it. We went to the park to "swing" to get out of the house. The twins loved it. I wish I had brought my real camera. Instead I was forced to use my phone camera. Yuck! I kept missing their smiles because the phone camera wouldn't take quickly enough. What you can't tell from these photos is that they were laughing the whole time. It was so sweet. Mercer Anne laid back in the swing and enjoyed the ride; Woodson leaned forward watching the ground move. It was great and sad at the same time... they seemed like big kids and I feel like I just had them! They are growing so fast.
All parents know the feeling: snap your fingers, and they have grown and changed. It is wonderful that you are keeping this record and sharing it with all of your followers. Yes they are bigger, but for a while they will still be small enough to be picked up - one at a time.
ReplyDeleteThese pictures don't do justice to how much fun they have on the swings. MA goes bananas and cracks up. Woodson is a little more reserved but he smiles more than he did in these pictures. THe swings are a big hit.
