The Newest Rutherford

This is Isla. This is her daddy JW and her Mommy Jenny. JW and Jenny are two of our favorite people and Isla makes three!

Their threesome came to visit us this weekend and we had a great time. Or, Richard and I did....we hope they did too.

This was their inaugural trip to Augusta.

For those of you who have visited our house in the hot summer months you know the insulation in our house leaves much to be desired. Richard and I don't really think about the fact we shut our blinds and turn off all the lights until the sun goes down until we have visitors.

The seven of us sat sweating in our house Saturday afternoon with the lights off hoping and praying the sun would go down so we could cool off. Ironically, we ordered Indian food for dinner and continued to melt through the night.

All the heat aside, Isla is the sweetest, happiest baby ever! She smiled and giggled the whole time. Mercer Anne and Woodson were very intrigued by the Isla bean. We hope they have many more adventures together!
