Saint Joseph

In the year our home has been on the market, we have NEVER had someone come for a second look.  Today we had our very first "second look"!

St. Joseph (and a small - large to us - reduction in price) is working his magic....

We did have to be out of the house for 4.5 hours.  No big deal.  It was just during lunch and NAP TIME.

What did we do?  We went to a nice mexican restaurant (is there such a thing?) and had a 32oz beer to calm our nerves...wait, that was just Richard.

Then, we tried a movie.  Yes, we took the twins to a movie at a movie theatre.  Tangled.  Actually and metaphorically.
