For the week between Christmas and New Year's Eve, we went to stay at JJ's house. Mostly because she is my mom and I like visiting, but also because the twins literally love it there! While we were there JJ found out about a train museum, which turned out to be more of a museum for adults than children. They had a "children's area" which consisted of two poorly constructed Thomas the Train tables (richard is waaay more masterful at putting those together) and a model train with four buttons they could push. Woodson & MA were enamored with it for about 30 minutes. They did have a caboose and some other real trains we could go inside - that was pretty neat.
Here are the twins sitting in the engine car and not wanting to move! It was freezing cold, but they did not care.
Then we took the trolley through downtown Wilmington which was a total hit with the twins. It was so ironic because the museum cost a pretty penny but the trolley was totally FREE and the twins were mesmerized!
JJ took me to get a haircut and a pedicure and gave me some time to rest. I can't believe it but I am already at 34 weeks...6 weeks to go (and if I was having the twins again, it would only be 3 weeks...to put it in perspective!). We can't wait to meet B3.
