A Good Night

Last week we had several fun days but this one stood out. Please follow the progression of events. Mercer Anne and Woodson were placed on the floor in the den. As you can see, they both have their sights on other things. Step 1: I bring the sweet potatoes into the room to feed them on the floor (dumb). Step 2: The phone rings, mom gets up walks out of the room for 2.2 seconds and comes back to find MA has started to feed herself. See spilled sweet potatoes on carpet and spoon in hand. Step 3: Mom goes to get towel to clean up the mess without taking the sweet potatoes away (dumber) and comes back to find MA slapping the sweet potatoes into the carpet and rubbing them on her face. Step 4: Mom realizes Woodson is missing (should have known by action photo number 1). Step 5: Woodson is heading toward going underneath some furniture in the den on the other side of the room, not crawling, but rolling and scooting.

It was a good night. A funny night for sure. Its a good thing the carpets are being cleaned this week.
