Friday we visited Marbles Museum in Raleigh - we had a blast. We found the basketball room which was a total hit and I cannot believe we have never tried it before! Totally worth the trip to raleigh:-) They have basketball hoops of all heights which makes it fun for the twins. We went with Ben and Conley (you can see ben in the background with MA).
I just loved this pic of MA and Woodson in their "fireman" mats. This is also at Marbles in the "ambulance". It is hard to see but they are looking at each other plotting their next move against me. Oh and what a move it was. Just by Woodson. He proceeded to lay down on the floor at the museum after doing "limp body" when I tried to pick him up. He made himself weigh 100 lbs and REFUSED to get up. I ended up walking out with him kicking and screaming under my arms. It took two arms because I am super pregant these days. So I couldn't hold MA's hand. We were in downtown raleigh which REQUIRES hand-holding with the busy streets. Thank goodness MA was in a cooperative mood. She agreed to hold onto my leg. This invoved a full body grasp of my right leg causing a limp on my part. It was oh so fun. What I loved was when I thought we were "safe" in the parking deck and W had calmed down. He proceeded to lie down in the parking garage. GROSS & Dangerous. We then got back to my car. And a car had parked so close I coudn't figure out how to get in. It was comical, but finally I did manage to back my oversize body into the drivers seat and get the kids in the car. What we do for love.....
4 weeks and counting...first guess at delivery is next Tuesday...doubt that is going to happen!
Morgan, it is so much funnier to read this. I can't believe how un-phased you were at chickfila and what a good mood everyone was in! :) Maybe Jack and I can start joining you at Marbles.
