Tuesday we had our first private swim lessons at Duke. This was a Christmas gift from JJ & Granddaddy which we are so thankful for! The twins are sharing a 30 minute lesson - each gets one on one attention for 15 minutes. You may think that is not long enough, but I assure you, it is plenty long. The attention span of 2 year olds just isn't that long. After they worked so hard - no tears and both kids got into the water with a strange teacher - we decided they could have a "special treat". Mom & Dad wanted some coffee so we took them to good ole dunkin doughnuts for some donut holes. Turns out Woodson likes them all and MA is actually picky - she really only likes the chocolate kind. We tried to trade out (notice W has lined up several and taken bites out of all of them) one of W's chocolate for MA's blueberry but he would not share. We ended up getting more donut holes so MA could have the same number as W. All that did for us was enable Mom and Dad to eat the rest of the donut holes. Yum.
