Big Beasties! And June Mantra

Today was our "show" for the little gym.  The kids were allowed to bring other parents and grandparents.  I had forgotten today was the show, so my kids just brought me:-).  Anyway, they all got awards (certificates of "achievement success") and medals!  The twins were so proud of themselves - their smiles said it all.  Above is their class picture and below are some attempts to get the twins.  I didn't bring my camera (or phone) so I persuaded another mom to snap some photos of my twins for the blog.  They co-operated with serious cuteness!
I think the little gym has helped my kids with self confidence.  When we first started they were in the "beast" class and they wouldn't introduce themselves.  Now they have graduated to the "super beast" class and when we sit in a circle they have no problem standing up, saying their name and following whatever instructions teacher Rachel has for them.  I am so proud to be their mother:-)  Next week is their last class and we are sad to say good-bye but looking forward to 3 days of pre-school next year and wait for it....SOCCER!
In the spirit of summer I am going to do a little test.  I have been using Weight Watchers to lose the weight I gained with Elizabeth Grace.  So far, I have only lost about 7 pounds and I think it is because I am not getting enough exercise in (ironic because you would think chasing after 3 little ones would be enough - its not).  I am about 10 pounds away from where I started with her and about 25 pounds from where I started with the twins.  In reality, I am 40 pounds from where I would like to be.  I am going to exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes a day for each day of June and post what I did to hold myself accountable.  At the end of June I will let you guys know how many pounds I lose and what my overall happiness factor with other changes noticed over the month (like if I can put on pants that button instead of have an elastic waist - I can't right now).  Most days it will be hard to get a run in due to Richard's schedule, so on those days I will do a workout video.  I really hate workout video's but a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do to get in shape!  Today I did Tracy Anderson's "Post-Baby" workout.  It hurt and I just had to watch the screen for a good portion of it, not to mention stop and start due to twin and EG interrutpions (yes, even during nap time).  I did have a sweat going by the end and it lasted 47 minutes.  I am going to be crazy sore tomorrow.
